What we collect, and why

• Location coordinates: the growing spot you choose (via browser geolocation or city search). This is the heart of the game — it fetches your real local weather to drive crop growth. Coordinates live in your cloud save; when friends visit your garden, they are rounded to ~11 km so your exact location is never exposed.
• Account details: username and password. Passwords are stored as strong hashes (PBKDF2) — we cannot see them. Recovery codes are also stored hashed only.
• Game save: your crops, coins, decorations and achievements, stored on our server for cross-device sync.
• Push subscription (optional): created only if you enable weather alerts; used solely for frost / harvest / watering reminders. Turn it off anytime in Settings.
• Product analytics: anonymised gameplay events (e.g. "first harvest completed") used only to improve the game. No device fingerprinting, no cookies, never shared with third parties.
• Friend interactions: watering help and notes you send are stored and shown to the recipient.

Where data lives, and for how long

All data is stored on a server in the EU (Germany) and used only to run this game. Data is kept until you delete your account; daily backups are destroyed after 14 days.

Third-party services

• Open-Meteo: your browser queries open-meteo.com directly for weather, including your garden's coordinates. See their terms.
• Browser push channels: if you enable alerts, notifications are relayed by your browser vendor's push service (Apple/Google/Mozilla).
• No ad SDKs, no third-party analytics, no social tracking pixels.

Your rights

• Deletion: in-game via ⚙️ Settings → Delete account — permanently removes your account and all data (save, push subscription, interactions), effective immediately and irreversible.
• Export / correction / other requests: email imfan.yang@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.

Terms of service

• The game is free and provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Weather alerts are informational only — do not rely on them for farming or safety decisions.
• Don't abuse social features (harassing notes, API spamming); offending accounts may be restricted or removed.
• In-game items (coins, achievements) have no real-world monetary value and are not tradeable.
• The game is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
• Material changes to these terms will be announced in-game. Continued use means acceptance.
